Fox baiting will continue in Brunswick Heads Nature Reserve, north of the Brunswick River until Friday 14 December 2018. The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) will be controlling the introduced predator, European Red Fox, using buried 1080 ground baits. 1080 canid ejectors may also be used during this period if necessary.
1080 warning signs are at main entrance points to the nature reserve where fox baits are being laid. This includes:
