Other planned events: 1080 wild dog and fox baiting program
Ground baits containing ACTA 1080 (sodium fluoroacetate) will be laid along various tracks and trails within Toorale National Park and Toorale State Conservation Area from Wednesday 2 May to Monday 2 July 2018 to control wild dog and fox populations.
1080 is poisonous to humans if swallowed and harmful if absorbed by the skin or inhaled. If poisoning occurs, contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26. For further information please contact the NPWS Bourke area office on (02) 6830 0200.
