Other planned events: 1080 wild dog baiting program
NPWS are conducting a 1080 (sodium fluoroacetate) wild dog baiting program between Monday 4 June 2018 and Monday 2 July 2018 in the following parks:

• Turon National Park 
• Marrangaroo National Park

Warning signs will be displayed to notify the public about this program. 1080 poison may be harmful to domestic animals. Neighbours and visitors are reminded that domestic animals are not permitted in national parks, nature reserves or karst conservation areas at any time. Visitors should not handle or disturb any baits, penalties apply for non-compliance.
