Other planned events: Wollumbin National Park planned closure
Wollumbin National Park will be closed from 5pm on Monday 14 May until 11:30am on Tuesday 15 May 2018 due to a helicopter lift program for summit track works.
 The entire park will be closed, including the following places:
  • Summit track
  • Lyrebird track
  • Koorumbyn Creek picnic area
  • Wollumbin carpark
This closure may be extended or postponed due to weather, and any changes will be posted as soon as possible. Penalties apply for non-compliance. Other planned events: Mount Warning Road closure
Mount Warning Road will be closed to vehicles from Monday 7 May to Friday 18 May 2018 due to essential repairs to a large concrete crossing.
There will be no vehicle access to Wollumbin National Park including The Summit walk and the Lyrebird track.
Please note council will keep pedestrian access open during this period. Please refer to Tweed Shire Council road works and closures for more details.
