Dear Clubs and Members,
With the COVID-19 virus being declared a global pandemic, we wanted to share some important information about the steps we’re taking to support you during these uncertain times. Our priority is the safety and well being of our members and the general public. We’re closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and, following the advice of the government authorities, we will respond to any updated recommendations.
Like many organisations, the impact of COVID-19, has caused cancellation or postponement of many of our meetings and this may cause some communication delays.
Quarterly Meeting May 2020
As a result of government restrictions and health authority advice our quarterly meeting in Coffs Harbour will not be held in person. We encourage our members to visit our many Facebook pages to keep updated.

EDIT: November Quarterly is a ZOOM meeting, we are hoping if things improve we may be able to have a face to face for those wishing to attend. Watch newsletters to hear more. Email office for the zoom links.
Club Access to ZOOM
Clubs can use the Zoom account to run their own meetings. As mentioned above it is best for about 10 attendees so it’s ideal for committee meetings or for small club meetings. We will set up meetings for any club that makes a request. Please email email@example.com with at least 7 days’ notice. Follow up with firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any problems.
EDIT: Some clubs have run successful meetings for 30 plus attendees. If everyone follows the rules it works really well - Give it a go!
There are many events around the country that have already been cancelled and many that will likely be cancelled soon. For details of those events please contact the event organiser directly to obtain updates.
