Log Your Event
Log your event. When a group of members gather under the banner of a subcommittee, like a region or the DTU they need to log the event. This is to ensure insurance coverage for those present. Clubs that hold events as a club or a interclub trip do not have to log as the club insurance covers them.
The insurance only recognises - Association events and Clubs events.
Clubs should keep the trip calendar as their log of their own events. The Association does the same. You just submit the form below so that your event is included on that log.
